Johnson picks up ban

Glen Johnson won’t feature in Portsmouth’s FA Cup clash with Championship side Swansea next week.

Johnson who has only just returned from injury picked up his fifth domestic booking of the season during the FA Cup 3rd round replay clash against Bristol City on Tuesday and means he will now serve a one match ban.

However Johnson will be able to play in the Spurs Vs Portsmouth game at the weekend as the suspension does not come into effect until January 20th.

With Pompey looking a better side with Johnson playing most fans would rather see him in the Spurs clash, to hopefully put one over our former manager.

Johnson signs until 2013
